Stanley L. William

STANLEY LOUIS WILLIAMS, 89, peacefully passed away on November 5, 2025. He was born on October 17, 1936, to the late Cosco Williams Sr. and Blanche Baker. He was affectionately known as “Bo” to everyone. He was the third son of his late parents. He leaves a legacy of love, service and strength. “Uncle Bo,” as his nieces and nephews would call him, received his early education through the Baltimore City Public School System. He received his high school diploma from Dunbar High School. Shortly after graduating, he enlisted in the United States Army and served for two and a half years,before receiving an honorable discharge. Later, he attended Baltimore City Community College. Bo’s professional career began around 1963 at General Motors Corporation where he started as an assembly worker. He eventually progressed to the position of Assistant Manager. After 30 years of dedicated service, he retired to enjoy a good life of not having to work. Anyone who knew him, knew he loved new cars, and Cadillacs were at the top of the list. He loved resting in his favorite easy chair enjoying a boxing match or the latest football game. His passion was photography and attending weddings and other social events where he perfected his craft of taking pictures. He loved to entertain family and friends by hosting crab feasts and bull roasts back in the day.A great pastime was sitting on his front porch for hours sharing time with his neighbors, this gave him much joy and pleasure. He was a great storyteller and very knowledgeable. Bo was known for his gift of gab; he was our own personal family historian. He spent countless time with us recounting his many family stories. His family was his greatest love and passion. Although he never married or had children, he had all the good values of a dedicated family man. He was a father figure to many. He is preceded in death by his brothers Charles Williams, Nathaniel Williams, and Cosco Williams, and one sister Deloma Gross. He will be truly missed by his family as we grieve this great loss. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, including Shelia Williams, Ursula Carter, Leslie Rice, Ursula White, Nicole Williams, Denise Garris, Nathaniel Williams, Jr., Cosco Williams III; great nieces, Derika White, Jasmin White and Bree Paschall; sister-in-law, Elisha Townsend-Williams; and a host of extended family, friends, and his buddy and neighbor for over 60 years, George Nock
