Ryan B. Dorsey

Ryan Brandon Dorsey, was born on January 24, 1982 to Beverly Pascall Dorsey and the late Garvin Henry Dorsey, was the third and final child in this family unit. Know to have a loving caring spirit, Ryan also known as "Moe Green" was a family oriented man who enjoyed visiting family and friends as it was important that he maintained relationships with those near and dear to his heart. If he had not seen or talked to a loved one for an extended period of time Ryan would stop by their house or contact them by phone to make sure they were alright. He also enjoyed spending time with the elderly , especially his grandparents. When Grandma and Grandda as he affectionately called them relocated back to Baltimore, Ryan and his brother Reshard often spent time with them playing checkers, dominoes or other board games. His family was very special to him. Ryan received his education in the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Schools. After high school he held carious jobs and various occupations always challenging himself by learing different skills; one being his passion for fixing and reparing cars. Some of his places of employment were Antwerpen Hyndai. The Maryland Port Authority, Parkway Auto and recently NCIA. spirituality was important in his upbringing. As a young child Ryan along with his brothers and cousins attended Bible School at Huber Memorial Church with his aunt Carolyn and Uncle Glen. Later in life, but still in his youth, he accepted Christ as his Savior at Friendship Baptist Church where he fellowshipped for years. Growing up in a Christian home and listening to gospel songs with his mother was the foundation for Ryan's appreciation for this genre. It was as if gospel music was food to his soul and he listened to it often. His favorite song was "Come On In The Room" by The Georgia Mass Choir. Sometimes spending hours with his best friend who is also his brother, Reshard. A bond which began at Ryan's birth, they were almost inseparable, one always looking out for the other. Ryan's eldest brother, Antwand "Troy" preceded him in death. Others who preceded him in death are his father Gavin Dorsey, grandmother Mary Dorsey and grandfather Dorsey Pashcall. Those left with fond memories that will be forever cherished are a devoted mother Beverly Pashall, brother Reshard Dorsey, grandmother Adelle Paschall, aunts Yvonne Pascahall, and Clarice Paschall, uncles Dorsey Cornell Paschall, and Melvin Paschall, a dear friend who was and uncle Otis Merritt III, several loving cousins, a very close friend from childhood Walter "Shortman" Stanfield, Jr. and many, many other relatives and friends.
