Larry Green

LARRY CORNELL GREEN was born on March 28, 1983 in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Larry Green Sr. and Doreen Sanders. He departed this life on February 28, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family and friends. Larry was raised in Baltimore, where he attended Baltimore City Public Schools. From an early age, he was known for his sense of humor, warm smile, and kind heart. He built many lifelong friendships in his community and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He later married the love of his life, Sherkesa, on August 27, 2010, whom he had known since elementary school. Although there were no children born from this union, their marriage was filled with love, companionship, and many shared memories. Larry was a loving son to his devoted mother, Doreen. The two shared an inseparable bond built on unconditional love, loyalty, and a lifetime of cherished memories. Outside of work, Larry enjoyed spending time with family and friends and creating lasting memories with those he loved. An avid Harry Potter fan, he also enjoyed going to the casino, listening to music, and playing a good game of spades. Larry had a special way of bringing people together, often sharing stories that would fill the room with laughter. His warm personality, kind heart, and generous spirit made him someone people were naturally drawn to, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Larry leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Sherkesa Green; mother, Doreen Sanders; and his mother-in-law, Dee-Dee. He is also survived by his aunts, Darlene Sanders, Carolyn Sanders, Regina Green, Pam Green, and Angela Green; uncle, Kevin Green; beloved godchildren, Markel Tinnin, Jacquawana Cunningham, and Kristen Smith; along with a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends who will deeply miss him. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Warren “Boe” and Thelma Culbreath, Diamond Green and Uncle Tommy Green.Larry’s life was a blessing to those who knew him. Though he will be deeply missed, his love, strength, and memories will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him
