Antonio Troy

Antonio Troy departed this world on October 16, 2013 due to lengthy illness. He was born on August 10, 1967 to his late parents Ms. Elaine Gladney and Sonny Troy. He was the grandson of the late Mr. and George and Louise Gladney and Mr. and Mrs. Authur and Corea Montgomery. Antonio affectionately known as “Tony” aka “ Neck-Neck” was educated through the Baltimore City School System where he ended his education as a Southern Bulldog in the 1980's. Tony was a hard working family man who worked various jobs. His longest employment extended 11 years at Bob Bell Ford in Glen Burnie, MD. While working at Decker's Warehouse in Fairfield,MD, he eventually married his childhood sweetheart Renae Humphries on June 9th 1995; already blessed with two young boys Antonio Jr. and Michael Troy. Always being a great provider for his family he obtained his CDL truck driving license from Allstate Career. Unfortunately before he could begin his new employment as a local truck driver Wagner Brother's truck driving company he was diagnosed at the early age of 36 with congestive heart failure For those who knew Tony he was known as the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back and last in his pocket. He would just reassure his wife that everything would be alright , He was a very loving husband that understood that the little things like a candle lit dinner on Valentine's Day were just as special as fancy jewelry. He was the kind of person you would cherish. Tony was a huge sports fan. His favorite team were the Washington Redskins, North Tar Heels, and the Los Angeles Lakers. He loved the Washington redskins so much he painted his walls the team colors. His vehicle also let everyone know he was a diehard Redskin Fan. For everyone who ever met Tony will truly never forget him from co-workers to childhood friends. We thank you Tony for all the loving memories. Preceding him in death is his great aunt Rosie Canty, his late uncle Thomas Gladney, his aunts Joyce Gladney, Shirley Gladney and Lillian Elizabeth Drumwright, his late brother Joseph Troy and his late sister Marsha Troy and his late father-in law Melvin Humphries. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Renae Humphries, two sons Antonio Troy Jr. and Michael Troy, his brother Richard Walker Sr., his sister Felicia L. Taylor, his aunt Sheila Gladney, Karthym Gladney, and Carolyn Heidalberg and two uncles James Gladney and Jesse Gladney, mother -in-law Ethel Bell York, sister-in-law Veronica Kane, Elvita Prater, Ava Prater, and brother-in -law Maurice Phillip Kane, five nephews Richard D. Walker Jr., Richard D. Walker I., Maurice P. Kane III, Jonathan N. Hillary Jr., Kevin J. Kane and four nieces Denise Walker, Erica Kane, Junae C. Kane and Alicia Elaine Maddox( whom he treated like a daughter) and one great niece Amani and his cousin and special friend William Johnson Jr. and a host of other family and friends.
