Vashon D. Johnson

Vashon Dennis Johnson was born to Charline Curtis and Dennis Johnson on April 29, 1973 in Baltimore, Maryland. After suffering from heart failure, Vashon departed this life on April 19, 2022. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents Catherine Johnson, Harry Johnson and Charles Carpenter. As a lifelong Baltimorean, Vashon was a student in the Baltimore City Public School System. Vashon was affectionately known as "Shawn .T. or Froggy" .He was loved by those he came into contact with. Shawn was known for being charismatic and a comedian. He was always cracking jokes, making people laugh and smile. He would give his friends the shirt off his back and a place to call home. To know Shawn is to know that he loved his mom and had a special bond with his grandmother Poochie Through ups and downs, trial and tribulations, the love they shared was unconditional. Vashon leaves to cherish his memory : his parents Charline Curtis and Dennis Johnson; a step-father, Bruce Curtis, his grandmother, Rosetta Cleckley (Poochie). three sisters, Victoria Beard, Sharonda Toomer and Denise Johnson; a step-sister Paulette Wright; four nephews, Brandon Jones, Marques Boyer Jr., Kevonte' Beard and Clinton Toomer , Jr. one niece, Bre Boyer; his best friend, John "Manna" Cheeks; and a host of family and friends.
