Stephanie Dasha Murray born October 16, 1965 in Newburg, New York, to Hilda Melvin and Lenzie Murray Sr., entered eternal life on July 19, 2022 at 3:30am. Stephanie received her high school diploma from Frederick Douglas High School. Stephanie worked for Memorial Stadium (concession) and the State of Maryland in many capacities: Motor Vehicle Administration, Division of Parole and Probation, and the Department of Social Services where she retired in 2011. Stephanie loved to bake in her spare time. You could find her in the kitchen baking a cake or pie especially during the holiday seasons, her house was like a bakery. She had a love for sports especially the UConn female basketball team and the Baltimore Ravens. She also loved hanging out, shopping with her sister girls and spending time with her family. She was the glue that held her family together. She was preceded in death by her father Lenzie Murray Sr. and maternal grandmother Rosa Melvin. She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Hildred Melvin; son, Corey Reeder; grandchildren , Ashton, Kody and Kori Reeder ;six brothers brothers, Lenzie Jr., Reginald, Rodney, Erskine, Nehemiah and Jeremiah; sisters, Valerie and Cookie Murray, Lisa Sills; uncle and aunt, Edward and Pinkie Hawkins; nieces ,four nieces Patrice Bowman, Diamond Murray, Monet Fisher and Martina Sills; three nephews, Jamal Bowman, Dante and Rashard Murray; five great nieces, Violet, Taylor, Skylar, Jade and Hailee; four great nephews, Jaheim, Parker, Cairo and Harlem; cousin April Russell; adopted daughter, Crystal Muhammad and grandchildren, Maggie, Mustafa, Decorer, Donnell and Collia and a host of loving family members and friends.
