    Signora Crump Barnes

    February 1, 1957 - April 19, 2022

Signora Crump Barnes entered into eternal life on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 in Richmond, Virginia at the age of 65. Signora Crump was born on February 1, 1957 in Richmond, Virginia to Leon Brown and Phyllis Fisher. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon Brown and Phyllis Fisher, husband Alfreddie Barnes and sister Emily Fisher. Signora Crump attended John Marshall High School in Richmond, Virginia where she also married Alfreddie Barnes. She accepted Christ at an early age and was united with God Meadowood Church of God in Henrico, Virginia. She enjoyed volunteering with the homeless community and disadvantaged community at the Virginia Rehabilitation Center. Her presence there will truly be missed. Signora was a loving, spirited, charismatic, blunt, and courageous individual who was passionate about her children and grandchildren. Her memory will continue to live on through the hearts of all her devoted family and friends. Signora is survived by the everlasting love of her children, Donald Lucas and Ashley Barnes (Hanan); adored grandchildren, Taylor, Ashley, Jr., Kyron, East, Emmery, Peyton and Devynn; her trusting special friend Micheal Griffin; godchildren, Scott Jones and Jermise Valentine, Frankie Brown, John Harris and Special Brooks; uncle, Carl Gene Davis; aunt, Delores Hailey; sisters-in-law, Dalemarie Andrews and Maxine Blount; brothers-in-law, Thomas Barnes and Leroy Kelly; cousin, Indesia Davis; and a host of family and friends whom will cherish her memory. She will remain forever in our hearts and would want us all to always remember “this too shall pass”.
