Reginald Simms, III
August 7, 1985 - September 5, 2021
REGINALD JOSEPH SIMMS III, better known to family and friends as Lil Reggie, was born on August 7, 1985 to Sheila Simms and the late Reginald J. Simms Jr. He was a 2003 high school graduate of Greater Grace Christian Academy. Reggie became employed at the Walters Art Gallery after high school as a security officer where he was well liked by his peers and the guests. He went on to work at other locations in the Baltimore area. His last job before he became disabled was employment at Franklin Square Medical Center as a security officer. At Franklin Square he was well respected and appreciated by all who came in contact with him. He really loved that job. Reggie was really one of a kind. The happiest time of his life was when his nephew was born. He loved that baby more than life itself. Reggie enjoyed experimenting with cooking. Whenever he found a new task on the Cooking Channel he could be found trying it out (while listening to music). He also loved playing games, wrestling, helping his nephew with school work and watching different things on his phone together. In between time, Reggie also loved having movie night with the family. He also had a best friend in his life, Ciara Wright, whom he cared about very much, and his two godchildren Reggie was a member of Greater Grace World Outreach Church until he could no longer attend services on a regular basis because of his health issues. Reggie is survived by his mother Sheila Simms, sister Patrice Simpson, Jayceon Simpson, and a host of other family and friends
