    Paulette Denise Wonson

    November 22, 1957 - March 29, 2022

PAULETTE DENISE WONSON was born on November 22, 1957 to the late Andrew and Mary Alice Wonson in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the youngest child of 10 children born from this union. She transitioned to heaven on March 29, 2022. Paulette received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. She worked in the hospitality industry for several years while being a devoted loving mother to her three children Sharron, Renata & Doron II, fathered by Doron Crawford Sr. Paulette accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She attended Full Gospel Fellowship Church of Deliverance under Pastor Hattie L. Bailey and the late Elder Donald Bailey. She was a devoted Christian who served faithfully on the Usher Board and was involved in many church activities. Paulette always took pride in sharing her love for Christ with others. In 2014, Paulette relocated to WA state to live with her eldest daughter Sharron where she spent the remainder of her life. Paulette quickly acclimated to life in the Pacific Northwest where she built lasting friendships and relationships. Mom is what we call our Miracle Lady, she is the true definition of strength and tenacity. She fought to the very end. Mom was blessed with a large and loving family. She was passionate about spending time with her children, grandchildren and family. Mom lived life to the fullest, she loved to cook, host family gatherings, shop, travel, dance and laugh. Mom had a great sense of humor and made anyone in her presence feel welcomed and loved. Mom touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life. Being the youngest of ten siblings, Mom shared a special bond with her older siblings. Paulette Wonson was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew & Mary Alice Wonson; brothers, Clarence & Samuel Wonson; and sisters, Doris Payton and Elsie Thornton. Paulette is survived by her children, Sharron (Kenneth) Duvall, Renata Crawford and Doron (Alicia) Crawford II; four grandchildren, Jordan Duvall, Jazmyn Davis, Nya Duvall & Marlee Crawford; five siblings, Eunice Williams, Hattie Wallace, Glenda (Michael) Robinson, Richard Wonson and Johnny (Celeste) Wonson and a host of other nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Mom, your legacy and memories will live on forever in our hearts until we meet again.
