Mrs. Otis Simpson Bullock

Otis Simpson Bullock was born in Richmond, Va., on August 30, 1927, to Ernest D. Simpson and Alberta Chavis Simpson Midder. She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ernest and John (JW). She attended Richmond Public Schools and at an early age began a working career. She became a private duty nurse and continued until retirement. In 1965 she married Stanley Bullock and was married to him for 32 years until his death in 1997. She had no children. She is survived by a devoted friend, Alvin (Pickle) Williams, and a host of great-nieces and nephews.
