    Olivia Williams

    June 22, 1945 - January 11, 2022

    Olivia "Lilly" Victoria Williams (76), of Baltimore, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. She was born on June 22, 1945 to the late William M. Jefferies and Emma O. Jefferies (Dickerson). Oliva was born and raised in East Baltimore, Maryland. She led a happy childhood surrounded by a large extended family. She was a loving sister, aunt, and companion to her family and many friends. Her life was devoted to learning and exploring her passions for quilting, photography, and performing the art of clowning. Olivia was very involved in her community as an AARP Foundation Experience Corps in the Baltimore City Public Schools, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Ladies Auxiliary of the John & Samuel Tyson VFW Post 8509, Clowns of America International, and Red Hats Society. She was also a longtime member of Fountain Baptist Church in Baltimore. She loved presenting clown acts for children's activities and making quilts for nieces and nephews. Olivia loved to travel and take trips with her friends and various organizations. Olivia was a graduate of Eastern high School and attended Bowie State University. She had a long career working for the U. S. Government spanning 34 years at the Social Security Administration in Baltimore. Olivia was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Williams; parents; brother-in-law, William C. Price and sister-in-law, Stella E. Jefferies; nephews Wesley M. Jefferies Jr.; and Gregory D. Price. She leaves to rejoice her memory, Constance J. Price (sister); Wesley M. Jefferies (brother); many nieces and nephews; extended family, friends, and her best friend, Pauline Brooks.
