Lorraine D. Morris, the daughter of the late Delores E. Ruth and Alvin Ruth, was born April 12, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland. Lorraine, affectionately called "Rainy" by her family and friends, was an only child. She spent her childhood in West Baltimore. Lorraine worked at Harlem Park Middle School as a liaison worker from 1981-1992. Lorraine loved life and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved her music and always had music playing. Lorraine has three daughters, Patricia A. Brown, Saundra D. Moore, Angela D. Jones; four grandchildren, Tommy W. Brown, Victor W. Brown, Ashley A. Brown and Leroy A. Jones; nine great-grandchildren, Rasheia Watsons, London Brown, Amir Brown, Egypt Campbell, Christine Campbell, Wayne Campbell, Jedeico Campbell Whitley Brown, and a new great-grandson Zechariah Campbell. Lorraine departed this life on November 25, 2021 at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland after lengthy illness. She leaves to cherish her memory: three daughters, Patricia Brown, Saundra Moore and Angela Jones; son-in-law, Leroy Jones; her partner of 44years, Stanley Rooks; three grandchildren, Tommy, Victor and Ashley; nine great-grandchildren, Rahsheia, Whitley, London, AMir, Egypt, Chrisitne, Wayne, Jedico and Baby Zechariah; her best friend, Barbara Ann Johnson; two sisters-in-law, Mary Shanon and Louise Hawkins; and two brothers-in-law, Willie Shanon and Eugene Shanon.
