Keyon D. Jones
May 6, 2003 - March 31, 2021
Keyon Dominique Jones beloved son of Anthony Jones and Keairra Jones entered this world on May 6, 2003. After a strong fight for his life he suddenly departed on March 31, 2021. He was one of the sweetest souls you could ever encounter, very outspoken and very direct. He was very well mannered and always had a smile on his face. Keyon affectionately called "Keebie" attended Baltimore City Public Schools and was receiving his high school education at Digital Harbor High School. He was very athletic and played on the football and baseball team. Most importantly he recently found a new love playing triples and bass in the marching band. He began his band career with "The Main Attraction" and then transitioned to "Extravaganza" with plans to move on to "The All Stars". He really enjoyed having fun and spending time with his little cousins. You could often find him stuck in front of the television playing video games with his family, friends, and people from across the world. Keyon also referred to as "Reds" or Redhead" loved to have a good time. He would often dance and make jokes that would lighten your load. He will truly be missed by everyone who knew him. He leaves to cherish his memories; mother Keairra Jones; father Anthony Jones; two brother Xavier Jones and Yuri Jones; sister Aliyah Jones; three uncles Jessie Puckett, James Johnson - Bey, and Gerald Jones - Bey who preceded him in death; three aunts LaKeisha Davis, Renee Smith, and Shalise Johnson; two great aunts Sharonda Holmes (Gary) and Clara Hadley (Vernon); great uncle Thomas Jones III; grandmother Yavonda Jones; grandfather Malik Imhotep Ptah El-Bey (Khadija); great grandmother Sonjia Jones; great grandfather Thomas Jones Sr.; grandmother Cathleen Cole; great grandmother Eunice Matthews and great great grandmother Dora Mae McKinnon who preceded his death.
