KEVIN CARTER SR., was born on January 8, 1971, to the union of Walter Carter Sr. and Joyce Carter in Baltimore, Maryland. He was truly blessed to be called home on March 21, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones. Kevin received his formal education at several Baltimore City Public Schools including attended Forest Park High School in West Baltimore. Over the years Kevin has held several positions working within several companies, which included detailing cars and his last position with Martin's West where he worked for four years. Kevin enjoyed spending time with his family and hanging out with the fellows, creating memories wherever he was over the years. Kevin was an avid fan of both basketball and football. Everyone knew his teams to cheer for were Duke University and the Oakland Raiders. Kevin was a friendly and loving individual which allowed him to make numerous friends over the years. Kevin will be missed by everyone that know him. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Alease Brown; brother-in-law, Lamont Weaver; and nephew, Stevie/ He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife , Rita of Baltimore, Maryland; two sons, Kevin Jr. and Devin of Baltimore, Maryland; three aunts, Alice of New York, Hilda and Shirley of Baltimore, Maryland; mother-in-law, Sonja; two sisters-in-law, Towanda and Cierra; brother-in-law, Troy; stepson and stepdaughter, Tyrone and Donkera; five step grandkids, Tyree, Donaysha, Tyren, Tyler, and the new addition Tru'lee; three nieces, Charday, Shawanda and Brittany; one nephew, Garrett; five great-nieces and nephews, Preston, Paige, Khalib, Lamont and Brayden; a hos tof cousins, and a great amount of good friends, some of whom have been there since his childhood
