JASMIN VICTORIA BELL, the daughter of the late Ricshelle J. Short and Enrico Bell, was born on August 27, 2002 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life and gained her wings on Sunday, July 18, 2021. Jasmin received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System and graduated from Patterson Park Senior High School. After completing high school, she continued her education at the Community College of Baltimore City. She later worked for Amazon. Jasmin, or “Jazzy” as she was frequently called by her family and friends, was a free-spirited, loving, compassionate person who will truly be missed. Jasmin enjoyed reading, watching movies, playing board games, X-Box, chess, going to the YMCA and spending time with her mom and family, especially her siblings TaMiya (Muffin) and Rashawn whom she adored. In 2012, Jasmin was introduced to a loving team of doctors, nurses and staff at Johns Hopkins Hospital whom she truly loved and who were by her side until her death.Jasmin gave her life to God at an early age. She attended Mt. Pleasant Ministries faithfully whenever she could. Jasmin was preceded in death by her mother Ricshelle Short, uncle Richard Short Jr. and aunt Valerie Williamson. She leaves to mourn: her sister, TaMiya Short-Hall; brother, Rashawn Short; grandmothers, Constance L. Short and Tangerine Dobbins; uncles, Roderick Short, Franco Harris and Tashaka Dobbins; her Johns Hopkins Family and a host of other loving relatives and friends
