A Journey of Life Those who dwell in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shallow of the Almighty. - Psalms 91:1 A Time to Be Born FRANK DONELL HILL, SR. was born to the late Charles and Pearl Hill on September 8, 1957, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was one of nine children born of this union. A Time to Die Frank peacefully crossed over to take his permanent residence in the mansion that God has prepared for him on Tuesday, February 9, 2022. God has taken him to a better place where there is no more pain and suffering. He is gone to a place where he will have everlasting peace. A Time to Plant On July 2, 2005, he married the love of his life Tina Porter. Frank was the father of three daughters and one son. A Time to Sow, Render and Embrace Frank attended Baltimore City Public Schools. He was a certifed Welder, Paralegal, Barber and worked odd jobs from time to time. He was employed with The Baltimore City Housing Authority as a crew leader until his health started to decline. Frank accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at St. Paul Community Baptist Church. He served as a Trustee in training. His favorite gospel song was “Rough Side of the Mountain” by Reverend F. C. Barnes. Frank was an avid collector of model cars and trucks. He had a large collection that he cherished. Frank loved to watch old westerns and would spend hours watching TV. Frank was well known throughout East Baltimore. He possessed qualities that earned a special place in everyone’s memory once they came in contact with him. The special relationship he had with his family will be remembered. Although we can no longer hear his voice or see his smile, he will always be with us. A Time to Surrender Frank will not be alone, he will be welcomed in Heaven by his loving family members. Among those family members will be his parents -- Charles & Pearl, brother – Charles, sisters – Peggy & Vi, niece - Denise, nephews – Cedric, Kevin, Bernard, and Teion.
