Derek John Wilson was born to the late Eleanora Wilson and the late John Wilson on August 8, 1955 in Trinidad and Tobago. He started his employment at a young age in Trinidad. His work ethic continued when moved to Baltimore, MD in 2004. He enjoyed working, cooking listening to music and entertaining his newly created family. He stayed connected to his Trinidad family via video call and messenger. He took exceptional pride and took great care of his truck. In his past time he enjoyed his favorite you tube show Fast loud. He was truly loving Husband, father, Brother, Grandfather, Uncle and friend to anyone who had the opportunity to meet him. In May of 2005 he met the love of his life Jackie who he lovingly called Tate. On August 8, 2017 they made it official when the got married and became Mr. and Mrs. Wilson On July 13, 2022 Derek was called home while surrounded by his loved ones. After fighting a battle with health issues. Derek leaves to cherish his memory his wife Jacqueline Wilson, His brother Charles and eight sisters Judy, Jennifer, Sophia, Zita, Marsha, Jemma, Marriott and Yvonne. Four daughters Mandy, Megan, Nicoiee, and Greer. Five grandchildren Amirah, Yaqub, Aiden, Alexa and Evan. Two sons-in-law Lawrence and Kevin. Eight bonus grandchildren Brian, Zahaire, Tony Lawrence, Mkya, Samir, and Sevynn. and a host of nieces Nephews family and friends who loved him dearly.
