Barry Eugene Jenifer. Sr, born September 25,1957 to Barbara Jenifer, departed February 25, 2021 at the age of 63. He grew up in the Park Heights community of Baltimore City. As a Northwestern High School alum. Barry excelled as a student athlete, with a special fondness for baseball. Barry, in his heyday, knew the importance of multiple revenue streams. He worked several jobs, correctional officer, Private Security staff, just to name a few. He also, in that time, started his own tax business lasting over a span of 10 years. “If you need your taxes done accurately, I’m the MAN.” As it says on his business card. Barry, lovingly referred to as “Big Jake”, will always be remembered by his infectious laugh and his BOISTEROUS mouth. You can always count on Big Jake to let you know EXACTLY how he feels about things. He was likely either to be seen following his fav Baltimore teams, orioles and the Ravens, playing cards with friends and family or making that bomb Mac and cheese. Barry enjoyed life and was fun. He was also the best to have a drink..... or 10 with. Barry leaves to cherish loving memories; three children, two daughters Tameka, Jessica and 0ne son Barry Jr.; Daughter in law Tia Jenifer; six Grandchildren Kerry, Tanasia, Jamar, James, Juel, and Eamon; two great grandchildren Kennedi and Kehlani; his mom Barbra Jenifer; three siblings Rodrick, Leslie Lee and Beverly Willis; two brother in laws David Lee and Robin Willis; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
