Towanda Denise Barney

Towanda Denise Barney daughter of Martha Ann Eaton and Ronald Eugene Eaton, Sr. age 44 was born April 28,1968 Baltimore City Maryland .She departed this world on July 7, 2012 at Mercy Hospital. Towanda, affectionately known as Wanda will always be remembered for her warm welcoming bright smile hugs and her love for everyone she met. Wanda was sincere,very kind hearted; loving person who was living her life like it was golden. She was passionate about her family and friends and always willing to uplift and encourage family and friends when needed which was all the time. Wanda was energetic and loved to dance. She enjoyed great food prepared by her loving mother, traveling,fashion, cars, and loved spending time with her loved ones. Towanda lived her life in Baltimore were she was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools. She graduated from Paul Lawrence Dunbar Senior High School in 1986 and from Morgan State University in 2010 with a BSW Degree in Social Work from the School of Social Work. She obtained an Entrepreneur Certificate, a Home Appraisal Certificate as well as a Business Certificate at Morgan. She was the first recipient of the McKims alumni Scholarship Award. She held multiple position in the business field leading up to her employment at Morgan State University. She found her passion as a Traci Lynn representative where she achieved Platinum Status as one of the top sales representative after only a year. Wanda leaves to mourn her parents Martha Ann Eaton and Ronald Eugene Eaton, Sr., her very special uncle Theodore Gregory and preceding her in death her aunt Shirleene Gregory who was very dear to her heart, four sisters Janie Lorena Barney, Rae Barney, Ronda Eaton, Latoya Eaton, two brothers Troy Barney and Ronald Eugene Eaton, Jr. one sister in law, Aliese Williams Eaton, 2 god brothers Davon Carter and Devon 9 nieces Renata Dukes, Rayna Dukes, Tiara Richardson, Alicia Eaton, Amber Eaton, Jamaya Thompson. Jemere Rollins, Jamiya Bennett and Jaeden Rollins, 2 nephews Tyrell Richardson and James Dorsey Jr., One great niece Autumn Dajoun Bannerman, One cat name Sweet-pea that she loved with everything in side of her and who she treated with love and care, adopted daughter Danielle Lewis, 1 god child Kamiya Carter as well as a host of relatives, friends and loved ones.
