Thomas Andrew Williams

THOMAS ANDREW WILLIAMS transitioned to be with the Lord on April 25, 2023, at the Perry Point Veterans Medical Center in Perryville, Maryland. Thomas was born on March 25, 1961, to the late Jesse Norman Williams Sr. and Chief Apostle Julia Williams in Brooklyn, New York. Thomas received his formal education at Lake Clifton High School in Baltimore, Maryland, where he graduated and joined the United States Army in 1979. Thomas worked as an apprentice electrician after being released from the Army on a medical discharge. Thomas enjoyed walking, fishing, and watching military movies. He was also an avid Raven’s fan and enjoyed watching it with his son David. Thomas was friendly and loved conversing with everyone he met on the street. One of Thomas’s favorite meals was hip-hop chicken and fish, along with his special candy. Thomas’s favorite type of talk was about what he would do with his “MONEY”. Two of Thomas’s favorite songs to sing were “I Know It Was The Blood That Saved Me” and “Take Me To the King” by Tamela Mann. Thomas also loved the song “Never Would Have Made It” by Marvin Sapp. Thomas loved to drive his cars and would be found riding his motorcycle while living in Delaware. Thomas was married to his ex-wife Sheila Ebron, and out of the union came two sons, David, and Emmanuel. Thomas adored his sons and was excited to spend time with them and his five granddaughters. Thomas was a member of his mother’s church, Holy Temple Holiness Church of Deliverance, now pastored by his brother-in-law Apostle James Tilghman and younger sister, Senior Pastor Greta Tilghman. Thomas was preceded in death by his brothers Jesse Norman Williams Jr., Lynwood Williams Sr., and sister Vanessa J. Williams. Thomas leaves to cherish his memory: his eldest son, David Ebron of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; son, Emmanuel Williams of Baltimore, Maryland; five granddaughters, Asia Ebron, Destiny Ebron, Myrical Ebron, Dynasty Ebron, and Malayah Ebron; two brothers, Michael A. Williams of Dover, Delaware, Jerry Y. Williams (Wheatina) of Sumter, South Carolina; sister, Sr. Pastor Greta Tilghman (Apostle James Tilghman) of Baltimore, Maryland; aunt, Alma Jackson of Dover, Delaware; uncle, Charlie Williams (Annie) of Rosedale, New York; sister-in-law, Gloria Williams of Dover, Delaware; one great-aunt, Queen of North Carolina, who is 102 years old; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and special extended family who all loved him dearly, along with his dear friend Mr. Englan
