THOMAS TAVON MILLER, son of Michele Dawson and Terry Miller, departed this life on Sunday, March 21, 2010. Thomas was born in Baltimore, Maryland on September 22, 1979. Thomas recieved his education in the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Public School Systems.Thomas was affecionately knwon as Booty, T and Throwback. Thomas was loved and respected by all who knew him. His laughter and sense of humor was contagious. He'll be sorely missed by all.Thomas was loving son and devoted father. Thomas was the founder and CEO of Cash And Killer Ego, Inc., better known as CAKE Jeans. A look that was unique and original. Thomas prided himself as an artist. CAKE Jeans is a brand name that is heard throughout the streets. Thomas did not stop there. His love of business and being an artist led him to the music industry which produced the infamous DJ T REX. With the mass distribution of mix beats, his determination was unstoppable, "Free Drinks" cd's flooded the streets of Baltimore. Whether you needed a "hard beat" to drop or fly pair of jeans to rock, Thomas was the one to call.After Thomas became a father his direction turned to a different route. The responsibilty and love of parenthood made him realize that it was his destiny and duty to make the world a better place for his family and his daughters to grow up in. Thomas wanted to make sure that the people around him were treated equally and have the same opportunity no matter what their circumstance. Thomas was a firm believer that the world could change if people changed the way they thought.Whether you were listening to his political views or his dreams and aspirations, Thomas always made you think. That was his purpose. Even though he is not here, his hard work will continue.Thomas leaves to mourn: his devoted mother, Shelly; his father, Terry; devoted stepfather, Michael Henson; two daughters, Kayla Miller and Alana King; adopted daughter, Demonye Hickman; godson, Logic Jones; two brothers; one sister; devoted grandmother, Daisy Dawson (grandfather, John L. Dawson Sr. preceded him in death); uncle, John dawson Jr.; three devoted aunts, Yvonne dawson (whom he called his second mother), Theresa Dawson and Joyce Dawson; (two uncles Thomas dawson and Michael Dawson and one great aunt, Brenda dawson Pinkney preceded him in death); great-uncle, Timothy Graham; great-aunt, Alean Williams of Pittsburgh, PA; a host of cousins; godmother, Alexis Spencer; devoted friend, Paige Kendricks; bestfriend, Anthony Jones( Antmo) whom he called his brother; and a host of other relatives and friends.
