Steven B. Oglesby, Jr.

Steven Blaine Oglesby, Jr son of Satya Foster and Steven Blaine Oglesby, Sr was born on March 12, 1994. He Departed this life suddenly on March 27, 2011. As teenagers go, Stevie was not the typical one. He was the most kind hearted and humble kid you would ever want to meet. Anyone that encountered him couldn't help but to be taken in by his infectious smile, a smile that he was always willing to share. Stevie or “Juggie” as he was known by “4 by 4 family” loved to spend time with his family and friendsThe big cookouts, birthday parties and family trips were all favorites of his. You could always hear him Aunt Shelly”, did you make those ground beef and beans” Stevie loved to go bowling with his” Ma-Ma”. He was well skilled and received several trophies from the league they completed in. Stevie loved all his siblings. He often played “Mr. Mom” to Mercedes and Julian when Mommy had to work. Steven and Karriem were like “Tic and Tac”. When you saw one you saw the other and they always had each other's back. Stevie was very popular and beloved by all who knew him,especially the ladies. Stevie received his education from the Baltimore City Public School System. He was scheduled to graduate from Patterson Senior High School in 2012. Although a younger Steven was known for shoveling snow or carrying bags around the market to make his money, he was looking foward to getting his first official job this summer . Stevie loved and was loved in return. His physical presence will truly be missed, but his gentle spirit will continue to live on through all who loved him. Steven leaves to cherish his memory: his mother Satya Foster: father, Steven Sr: stepfather, Julian Foster: grandparents, Margie Jackson, Sandra Oglesby, Charles Oglesby and George Bailey; great grandparents, Lillie Mae Clark and Cecelia Horton; brothers, Karriem, Sean and Julian III; sisters Prestyka, Sharmia, Mercedes and Jabria; aunts Bernetta and Linda, Dartanya, Basil (Florida)and Lola ;Uncle James, Stephen, Charles and Marvin; Special cousins, Adrian, Kenya, Bird, Dub, Lil' Chuck,Ceddie, Lavion, Dee Lauren, Alicia, Brandon, Josh, Chuckena, Shanick, Shanell, Tanesha, Ineshia, Tiearra, Andrea, Shamira, Ernest, Mossimo, Stephanie, Steven and Daija; niece; Raegan;a host of family and friends with four special ones, Za-Za, Indigo, Shawnna and Tavon. Preceding Steven in dearth are ; grandfathers, James Spriggs and Herman Boykins; great- grandfather, James Otis Bryant; cousins, James Holliday, III and Parrish “BJ” Williams.
