Sheronia Glendola Neal

Sheronia, affectionately known as "Glenda" to family and friends was a lifetime resident of Baltimore, Maryand. Sheronia was born on August 2, 1957 to Corenthia Jackson and the late Emanuel Dickens. She attended the Baltimore City School System as a member in the Class of 1975 at Eastern Senior High School. Glenda met her lifelong companion Marvin Neal, in 1975 and they were married in 1978. To this union they were blessed with one son and one daughter , Marvin Neal, Jr. and Contoya Neal. Sheronia tokk pride in her various roles as a wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She worked various jobs during her life. Sheronia finally opened and operated her own Day Care Center until her retirement. Glenda had many interests she loved music and dancing. he enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends laughing about the good times. Glenda was genuinely beautiful, and a fun-loving soul. She was very passionate about the people that she loved and had a unique relationship with all whom she encountered. She was a very selfless person who made it her business to find the unique light in each of us and encourage it to shine. Glenda walked softly among us, leading a life of simplicity. Still her footprints are planted in the sands of time, as history records her gentle good nature... her smile of approval... her nod of acceptance... her touch of hope and encouragement... her promises kept... her gift of love... and a life well lived. She was preceded in death by: her brothers, James Thompson, Robert Jackson and Warren Jackson. Sheronia leaves to celebrate her life: her loving and devoted husband, Marvin Neal, Sr.; one son, Marvin (Shontea) Neal, Jr.; one daughter, Contonya (David) Neal; her mother, Corenthia Jackson; three granddaughters, Ma'Niya Neal, Chance Rogers and Milaun Neal; two sisters, Alethea Jackson and Trona Dickens; four aunts, Barbara (Grover) Taylor, Antoinette Mollar, Jacqueline nad Karen Thompson; two uncles; seven sisters-in-law; one special and devoted sister-in-law, Cynthia Jackson, Cynthia Jackson, Doris Hill, Jane Odum, Paulette Pace, Rhonda King and Pamela (Harry) Anderson; one brother-in-law, James (Adrie) Neal; one very special nephew, Robert Jackson, Jr.; and a host of devoted nephews, nieces, cousins, godchildren and many friends, all of whom she loved.
