Sable B. Brown

Sable Bettina Brown, the daughter of the late Camela O. Green-Brown, Esq. and Alvin Brown, was born on January 3, 1986 in Baltimore, MD. She was educated in the catholic school system through the Baltimore Catholic Archdiocese, eventually receiving her High School diploma from the Institute of Notre Dame in 2004. Sable went on to pursue her collegiate career at Southern University majoring in Psychology. After Katrina, she decided to transfer to Morgan State University where she was a student at the time of her death. Sable found a relationship with Christ early in life and was an active member of the St. Bernardine’s Youth group and Young Adult ministries, the Junior Catholic Daughters and the St. Bernadine’s Youth Choir where she shared her gift of song through her many “angelic” solos. God would also lead Sable as a child to receive “the Right Hand of Fellowship” with Christian Life Church under the leadership of Pastor Hugh Bair. Sable had a great love for children and worked for years as a summer camp counselor where “Ms. Sable” was loved and adored by all. Sable had soo many talents especially when it came to counseling and interacting with children. Her life-long dream was to become a Psychologist preferably working with elementary school children. Her most favorite things to do were to spend time with her family and friends, especially her father and long-time love, Aaron; shopping; babysitting her adopted nieces Ariel and Brielle and loving on her baby cousin/niece Kyleigh Ava. Her star was hugely bright and profoundly touched anyone who was blessed to encounter it. Sable was called home to her eternal resting place on October 6, 2019 after succumbing to a chronic illness. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
