Rhonda Parthenia Bell

Rhonda Parthenia Bell, the eldest child of the Loretta T. Oliver and Donald Jone was born May 19, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. She quietly slipped away to be with the Lord on Monday, May 18, 2009 at The Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Rhonda was educated in the Baltimore City Public Schools. In 1983 she graduated from Fairmount Hill High School. On April 18, 1988 she was married in Holy Matrimony to Kevin Bell Sr. From this union 9 children was born, Kevin, Quentin, Latarsha, Christian & Christina, Deshawn, Roderick, Jeremiah and Baby Karen (who preceded her in death). She worked various jobs, her favorite job was raising her children; teaching them to be kind, respectful, honorable, and God fearing. On April 15, 1997 Rhonda gave her life to Jesus Christ, she was baptized in the name of Jesus and filled with the Holy Ghost under the leadership of the late Pastor Hall and then his daughter, Pastor Black. In 2004, the Lord led Rhonda to the True Gospel Apostolic Faith Church, Bishop Otto Richardson, Jr., pastor. She loved Bible Study and working for the Lord. Rhonda served as a Sunday School Teacher, Usher, Missionary, and Pulpit Attendant. Whatever she was asked to do, she would do it with all her heart. "Sis. Bell" loved praising God. When she became ill "Sis. Bell" would walk into the church, sat down, catch her breath and then jump up, and start praising God; many times her children would look at her, and then they would jump up and begin praising God with her. "Sis. Bell did not allow her condition to prevent her from serving the Lord; she was a woman of faith. She leaves to cherish her memory, a loving husband, Kevin Bell Sr., 8 children, Kevin Jr., Quentin, Latarsha, Christian & Christina, Deshawn, Roderick, and Jeremiah. Two granddaughters, Tynasia and Skylar; a devoted mother , Loretta Oliver; one brother, Richard O'Neil; Mother-in-law, Reatha Bell; one brother-in-law, Antawan; one sister-in-law Tonia; 7 Aunts, Deborah, Gwendolyn, Michelle, Joan, Martha, and Gina Muffin; 4 uncles, Clarence, Stanford, Alvin and Calvin; 2 goddaughters, Alvesha and Kierra and a host of relatives and friends. (Preceding her in death were her sister, Latarsha; and her brother, Roderick.)
