Quentin A Copeland

QUENTIN ANTONIO COPELAND, a lifelong resident of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on March 31, 2026. He was the cherished son of Sheila E. Copeland and William H. Underwood. Quentin grew up in the Baltimore community, attending Hartford Heights Elementary and Lake Clifton High School. He later took great pride in earning his GED, a milestone that reflected his determination and personal growth. A hardworking man with a versatile career, Quentin was dedicated to providing for his family, working in the construction industry and holding roles with Jiffy Lube, Overhead Door and Alliance Material Handling. He especially enjoyed his time at Alliance Material Company, where he was a favorite among his coworkers. He was known for being incredibly friendly and for the genuine love he showed to everyone he met. Quentin also stayed active in the community as a Security Officer and a driver for Lyft and DoorDash. Quentin was a loving, caring son and a proud, devoted father who truly cherished his children. He never missed a school activity, graduation, or milestone. He was a constant presence in their lives, making sure that every year, Raven and King had a special birthday party surrounded by family and friends. Quentin shared a special bond with his mother, Sheila: on Mother’s Day and her birthday, he made it a tradition to cook her favorite meals, always making sure to get her favorite seafood, especially those jumbo crabs. An outgoing and friendly person, Quentin got along with everyone; people loved his infectious laugh and his friendly spirit. He was also a talented cook who enjoyed working on cars in his spare time. He dearly loved his best friends,Danielle Grimmett, Gary, Ace Williams, and Nick (Nicholas Jones Sr.). Quentin was preceded in death by his father, William H. Underwood; hisgrandparents, Mr.HarveyCopeland Sr., Mrs. Queenie Copeland, Mrs. Mary Bullock, and Mr. Harvey Bullock; and his cousins, MichelleWilliams, Kimberly Williams, Patrick Woodrup, Tony Hamton, and cousin Tyson. He is survived by his beloved children, Raven Copeland (8) and King Ciccarelli (7); his loving mother, Sheila E. Copeland; his dear aunt, Geraldine Wise;goddaughter, Aviya Randall; and a host of cousins including Donald CopelandJr., Lamont Copeland, Carlton Thompson, Renee Bell, James Slaughter, Benita Bryant, Bobby Pratt, Gregory Pratt, James Thomas Pratt, Connell Pratt, Joe Leatha Pratt, Robin Green, and Brenda Pratt, as well as many, many more family members and friend.
