Moses L. Sabb

Celebration of Life Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.—Psalm 23:6 Moses Lee Sabb, son of the late Marion and Lila King-Sabb, born June 6th 1937 in Claredon County, South Carolina, the second of five children, was called home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 11, 2010, at 12:25 p.m. at Northwest hospital. His early education was at Scott’s Branch grade school in Summerton, South Carolina. At the age of eight he moved to Baltimore, MD and continued his education in Baltimore City Public schools. Moses Lee Sabb attended Sunday school at Mt. Mariah Baptist church. He proudly served in the U.S. Army where he received special training and many different trades. Moses Lee Sabb was given an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army years later. Moses Lee Sabb gained a very rewarding career in a very high position as a Chemical Crew Leader. Throughout his years of service with Lever Brothers he was awarded and received an array of awards! He was gainfully employed for 37 years at Lever Brothers of Baltimore, MD and retired with perfect attendance; and on the 25th year he was awarded a “25 Years of Service Plaque!” “Lee” had a very spectacular gift as an artist. He sketched and painted many awesome pictures. He had a great artistic ability and painted as a hobby all of his life. All who knew “Lee” Knew he was a gifted “Artist” born with the talent to draw anything that his mind could consecutively imagine or that he saw. He truly had the ability to master any thing that he set his mind to. Moses “Lee” Sabb was raised by his Uncle and Aunt Ellen King-Rose who preceded him in death. He was blessed with two children from a previous marriage. He was united in holy matrimony to Patricia Ann Smith on May 27th 1986, and then Mrs.Patricia Ann Sabb, and they were married for 24 years. He was blessed with two-step daughters and one daughter from their union together. Moses “Lee” Sabb departs the land of the living leaving to mourn: His Wife: Patricia Sabb; Three children: Adrian Sabb, Andre Sabb and Tinesha LeeAnn Sabb-Keve: One God daughter (and niece): Angela Wells; One son-in law Ronald E. Keve Sr.; Seven grand-children: Shaquita, Shamesha, Denijee Saunders, Destiny, Ronald Jr., Roland and Ryan Keve; Four great grand-children; Four Siblings: James A. Sabb, Alphonso Sabb, Mamie R. Sabb-Wells and Beulah L. Sabb-Hamilton of Manning South Carolina. One Special sister: Barbara Ann White. One Uncle: Robert Sabb of South Carolina. Two Aunts: Mamie K.Regan and Mable Walker of South Carolina and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
