Keyomri O. Scott-Wright

On January 18, 1991 KEYOMRI OMAR SCOTT was born to Kimberly and James Scott in Perry Hospital. While living in Perry, GA (Oldfield) he received education from Perry Primary, Perry Middle School and Perry High School. After high school he went on to attend Devry College in Atlanta, GA where he gained credits. Key loved his best friends of Perry very much, Cashala Huntley, Ashley Wright, and Kesean French; they were all inseparable. In 2010 he would become the proud father of Keymarian J. Scott (KJ) with then girlfriend Kendra Walker. After taking a break from Devry College he gained his love for being a server at Cracker Barrel where he touched the lives of many at the Warner Robins location. He later moved to Maryland in 2017 where he furthered his career with Cracker Barrel as he became the Employee Training Coordinator at the Linthicum Heights restaurant where he yet again touched more people with his smile and southern accent. In September of 2018 he found his soulmate De’Tral Wright. During this time he would be employed by the USPS. In September of 2021 he would wed the love of his life De’Tral Wright. After wanting to follow his passion to help and heal people he returned to educate himself at Cortiva Institute where he became a massage therapist and later worked for Massage Envy of Columbia. On Sunday August 20, 2023 Key took his smile and entered into eternal resting. He is preceded in death by his father James Scott (dec. 2016). He leaves behind: his spouse, De’Tral Wright; son, KJ Scott; bonus daughter, Chemiah Parker-Wright; mother, Kimberly Scott; brother, Shykeem (Juice) Scott; three aunts, Pamela Roberts, Gabriel Carr and Angie Durham; three uncles, Matthew Carr, Nicholas Durham and Ambay Durham; godsister Chantel (Girl) Johnson; three sisters-in-law, Lorraine Lewis, Jadah Wright and Akilah Wright; brother-in-law, Kamari Torres; two nephews, Shykeem (phat baby) Scott Jr. and Jaden Scott; three nieces, Desiree Lewis, Kaylen Davenport and Judiah Wright; four godchildren, Lennox Huntley, Kingston Wright, Kinslee Wright and Cree Paye; his Perry family, cousins, best friends named, The Wright Family, and a host of other friends that loved him.
