Kevin Gasque

On May 31, 1972, God saw fit to breathe the breath of life into Kevin Gasque, born to his proud parents, Howard and Carolyn Gasque. He slept into eternal rest on August 28, 2009, after an untimely death.Kevin, affectionately known to some as ‘KG”, was educated in the Baltimore City School System. He was employed with the Baltimore City Department of Public Works for several years. Kevin enjoyed spending quality time with his children, family, and close friends. This was definitely one of his favorite past times. “Face book” was one of Kevin’s newfound loves. On August 21, 1998, he was joined in holy matrimony to his high school sweetheart, Ms. April Valentine. From this union they were blessed with one of the apples of his eyes, Ariel.Always greeting you with a warm smile, Kevin loved life and lived each day to the fullest. He was loved by many, and he touched the hearts of numerous people in special ways. Always the best dressed at any event, it was never a gathering that Kevin didn’t attend. Kevin will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.Kevin was preceded in death by three grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. James Gasque and Ms. Mabel Daughine and one nephew, Da’von Lopez.He leaves to cherish and carry on his legacy; his loving and devoted mother, Carolyn Gasque and father, Howard Gasque; wife, April Gasque; three loving children, Ariel Gasque, Arion Gasque and Khalil Gasque; two sisters, Angeanette (David) Lopez and Angel Gasque; two brothers, Howard (Shirrelle) Gasque and Alvin (Danielle); mother-in-law, Wanda Valentine (Carlos Cortez); father-in-law, McCatha Valentine; three brothers-in-law, DeShawn Valentine, Kenneth (Tanelle) Valentine and Eric Valentine; six nieces, Schae, Alyshia, Delyshia, Briarra, Felicia and Latrice; six nephews, David, Antonio, Andrew, Alvin, Devin and Jarrett; a host of aunts and uncles; two special cousins, Tyrone and John; one God-brother, Dana Turner; special friends that were life brothers, Kevin Porter, Jacob (Jay) Henry and Damon; a special friend, Yvette Easton and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
