Keon Isaiah Cameron

Keon Isaiah Cameron, son of Jessica Lind0- Wright and Terrell Cameron, was born on July 3, 1990 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed for home on May 24, 2009.Keno attended Baltimore City Public Schools and would have graduated from the Achievement Academy at Harbor City High School on June 7, 2009.Everyone who knew our Kee-be knew that he was a Casanova. He loved the woman, and the women loved him, young and old. Keno started out helping his grandfather wash cars, but then he kind of took over the business and had his own clientele.Keon had a way with people. He would flash that pretty smile and whatever he wanted, most of the time he could get. He had a wild streak, but for the most part, he was always very polite and courteous and had a soft heart. He could be angry one minute and apologizing to you the next. One of Knee-be’s homies told me. “Keon made a strong impact on my life. He influenced me to finish my education and go on to college.” That made my heart light up. Keon.s dream was to be a police officer. Keon wrote this to himself, “Yes, this is smart and sexy Keon Cameron, graduating from high school, getting prepared for the real world, getting ready to go into the career I always wanted to do from day one. But anyway, I want to be a police officer, to make a difference.Keon will be sorely missed. There will always be a huge hole in our hearts, but I know that God wanted him home with him to be one of his soldiers. So we had to let him go.Keon leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, Jessica Lindo-Wright; his father, Terrell Cameron; his stepfather, Marvin Wright; three brothers, Michael Brown (who preceded him in death), Terrell Dortch and Trevon Reid; five sisters, Sasha, Kahila, Kianna, Takia an Shaquana; his little man, Tank-Tank; three grandmothers; Tanya Whitson (Ma-Ma), Dellareese Jackson and Katherine Breckley; grandfather; Michael Whitson; two great-grandfather, Delores Jackson and Carolyn Clarke (who preceded him in death); four aunts Dana, Mikel (who referred to Keon as Butt-Butt), Tammy and Melissa, seven uncles, Monie, Jermaine, Sean, Travis, Tony, Mark, Anthony and Mikel (who preceded him in death) cousin, Azure(who was more like a Siamese twin sister); two best friends, Shaquana and Stineeka, his first love, LaPrecious; a host of other relatives and friends.
