Howard Toliver

On February 29, 2024, God said “Well don, my good and faithful servant” and carried Howard Bryant Toliver to heavenly home Bro. Howard was born on December 2, 1981 to Howard and Lorna Toliver at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven. CT. He began an education at Helene Grant Elementary before transferring to Betsy Ross Elementary in the 5th grade to join the music program. He then attended Sheridan Middle School and Hill House Hiigh School in New Haven. CT. Upon moving to Maryland. He then began to study for a career in Culinary Arts & Hospitality management at Howard Community College. Bro Howard was introduced to God at 1 year old attending Friendship Baptist Church in New Haven, with his father. Howard’s ministry of music began at Wayfaring Ministries in Hamden CT. and was present in services throughout New Haven and in Maryland. While serving as minister of music and community servant. He was baptized at Keys of Faith Ministries in Baltimore, MD on August 20, 2020 By Pastor Sharon Smith. He was also a faithful member and minstrel of Full Gospel Fellowship Church of Deliverance in Baltimore, MD until his departure. Bro Howard was employed in several industries, fulfilling his self-given name. “Mr. Vesrsity”. Howard was truly gifted in music. He played the piano, drums, and sousaphone. His gift permeated into music production with Versityle Productions and Songbook Ent., writing music. Directing music and teaching music His hobbies included gaming, computer programming, music production, cooking, eating and spending time with his wife. Bro. Howard loved God and believed with all heart the Jesus Christ was his Savior. In his latter years, he grew in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He enjoyed studying bible stories, sharing the word, and praying with his wife and church families. His legacy and ministries will forever be honored by his devoted wife, Destinee C. Toliver; his parents; Howard (Andrea) Taylor and Lorna (Kim) Staten. Brother; Jonathan Butler. Paternal Aunts; Cheryl Brown and Evangelist Sharon Winfrey. Paternal uncles; Anthony Taylor and Robert Taylor. Maternal Aunts; Patricia Bryson, Leslie (Gabriel) Schillo. And Sandra Toliver. Goddaughter; Maya Lucky; Father-in-Love: Victor C. (Laurie) Cenales. Mother-in-Love Janice Jones-Cenales sisters-in-Love: Breona Cenales, Alia Cenales, and Amanda (Brandon) Hall. Brother-in-Love: Adrian (Jessica) Boyer and Aaron Lewis-Cenales. Nieces; Gabrielle Butler and Lillian Rich. Nephews; Royce Hawk III. Ayer Boyer, and Lynden rich. Closet Friends: Quintin Saunders, Demone Lucky. Stefron Hawkins, and Kory Pacheco. His loyal fur baby Drake. As well as a host of cousins. Other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Christopher-Marlin Jackson: Grandparents: Robert and Catherine Talor.
