Felix Fitzgerald Jr.

FELIX FITZGERALD, son of the late Luby Fitzgerald and Mary Anne Dickerson Fitzgerald, was born on January 20, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 after a lengthy illness at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He received his education at Patterson High School in Baltimore, Maryland. At the age of nineteen, he became employed by Hoffman Electrical Company for five years and then became full-time with Baltimore Galvanizing for fifteen years. He was a lifelong fisherman and loved to cook those fish he caught for his family and friends. Felix loved old movies and old music too and could dance so silly. He was a funny man. He was a very good jokester and put a smile on everyone’s face wherever he went in life. He was a very devoted family man. Felix was always honest and a real true man to everyone. He married the former Sonia Harrison Fitzgerald and out of this union two children were born, Keisha and Felix Jr. He will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him, to know him; was to love him. God loves him and God bless all! He leaves to cherish his memory: a very loving wife, Sonia Harrison Fitzgerald; two daughters, Keisha Fitzgerald and Lena Fitzgerald; son, Felix Fitzgerald, Jr.; four stepchildren, Shakia, Clarence, Dominique and Usher Epps; two stepgrandsons, Kamar and Camryn Epps; a devoted mother, Mary Anne Dickerson Fitzgerald; four sisters, Shirley Davis, Patricia Bruton Trice, Mary Corrine and Loretta Fitzgerald; two brothers, Luby Ray and Michael Fitzgerald; a mother-in-law, Betty Harrison Lancaster; father-in-law, Torrance Burroughs; four sisters-in-law, EmmaJean Burroughs Fitzgerald, Easter Morris Ellis, Annette Harrison and Margaret Retta Fitzgerald; two brothers-in-law, Anthony Harrison and Clarence Trice; two special friends (like brothers), Fred and James “Whistle” Lancaster; nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, great-great-nephews; and a host of cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by: father, Luby Fitzgerald; three brothers, Mr. Steve Fitzgerald, Freddie Dickerson and Wayne Fitzgerald; great-nephew, Mr. Arthur Frank Peacock, III; great-niece, Alyra Jasmine Brown; and brother-in-law, Torrance Harrison, Jr. “God’s Heavenly Angels”
