Estelle A Trusty

On June 21, 2013, the Lord called ESTELLE AUGUSTA TRUSTY home. She was the daughter of the late Jake Smith and Helen Trusty. She was born on May 24, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland. Estelle was raised and lived in Baltimore for her entire life. She attended school in the Baltimore City Public School System. She loved Baltimore and enjoyed working in the Maintenance Department for Baltimore City until she retired in 2005. After retiring, Estelle was able to fully enjoy her family and friends as she always desired. Estelle loved to cook, shop, help others, entertain family and friends, play cards and most importantly, she enjoyed the Trusty’s Family Reunion celebrations. It was her passion and delight to spend time with her family and friends. She truly loved all of her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. She had tremendous pleasure being with the ones she loved throughout her life. Her favorite Old Testament scripture was Psalms 23 and she enjoyed reading and listening to its verses until the Lord gave her rest. Estelle leaves to cherish her memory: four daughters, Raynette Wilkinson, Evette Trusty-Tart, Danette Trusty and Levette Trusty-Woodrum; three sons-in-law, Robert Jr., Marvin and Timothy Sr.; eight grandchildren, Robert III, Reginald Jr., DeAndre, Daneka, Tanisha, DeOntaz, Lakesha and Timothy Jr.; seven great-grandchildren, Katrell, Damirah, Jaydon, Taylor, Brandon, Danear and Ky’Lee; one sister, Esther Trusty; two brothers, John and Robert Trusty; one aunt, Irene Gordon; two uncles, Wilbert and Edward Trusty; a very special friend, Robert Clayton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. WE LOVE YOU FOREVER MOM Mom you mean the world to us, It’s hard to live without you You were always by our side, Through thick and thin you helped us. Now when you’re gone, our life is hard to live, It’s hard to breath, it’s hard to see And it’s hard to think about anything but you. Even though your love will shine in us forever, It’s still hard not to look for your hand to hold. Even though you’re not here with us in the flesh, We still have you in our heart and in our memories. We love you forever Mom. Your Daughters, Raynette, Evette, Danette and Levette
