Dwayne Ein Williams

On Thursday, August 24, 2006 while serving his country in Iraq, Staff Sergeant Dwayne Ein Williams performed his last duty on the earth. Our Father in heaven allowed His son, a faithful servant, rest and gave him his final orders to come home. Dwayne was the son of Arnold Stewart and Florence Brenda Williams Randall. He was born on January 31, 1978 in Baltimore, Maryland at University Hospital.Dwayne grew up in a Christian household. While visiting Institutional Baptist Church of Forestville Maryland, Dwayne expressed that he ‘found God’. He gave his life to the Lord and was baptized as a member of Emmanuel Temple Church. He ushered, sang on the choir and assisted with various tasks around the church. Dwayne had a personal relationship with God, the Father.Dwayne was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools. He was a gifted student who excelled in art, science and math. Dwayne had a talented hand that was able to make drawings come to life. He designed a hat and T-shirt line with a friend call DDChron. After joining the Marines in 1997 he furthered his education in Explosive Ordinance and trained to be an EOD tech.Dwayne had a mild mannered personality with a quiet strength. He always had a positive word or smile to offer. Dwayne was known to joke or find the humor in every situation. Dwayne was born into a family that issued nicknames for everyone. His grandfather, John Thomas Williams (affectionately known as ‘Papa’) issued Dwayne the name ‘New Man’. Some of his other nicknames were Newly, Newly Pooh Bear, Dwaynie Pooh, The New and Wayne. He was everyone’s baby. While stationed at New River Air Station in Jacksonville, North Carolina, he met the former La’Star Collins. They dated for a while and developed an affection for each other that created a love called Malachi Ein Williams. The married couple were raising their son in Havelock, North Carolina while Dwayne was intermittently away serving his country.He leaves to uplift his memory: his wife, La’Star Williams; son, Malachi Ein Williams; mother, Florence Brenda Williams Randall; father, Arnold Stewart; stepfather, Kevin Randall; brothers, Arnold Jr., Aaron and Rodney; stepsister, Brittney Randall; grandmother, Cora L. Williams; great-aunt, Lula Powell; uncles and aunts, Robert and Patricia Williams, Ida and William Manning, John and Sharon Williams Jr., Notre and Cheryl Williams, Wesley and Florene Johnson; cousins, Myra Manning, Melinda Robinson, Melissa Manning, Robert Williams Jr., Stephen Williams, Brittany Williams, Notrana Williams, Mazzerine Diggs, John Williams and James Williams; nieces, a nephew, Marine comrades and a whole host of family and friends.
