Dannie Fulmore

Dannie Lee Fulmore son of Samuel McCrea and the late Lillie E.Fulmore, who preceded him in death, was born August 6, 1966, in Blakely, South Carolina. After relocation to Baltimore, Maryland Dannie attended Baltimore City public schools. He went on to graduate from Southwestern High School. Dannie held may jobs over the years, he was a Jack of all trades. As a young adult he worked six years at Chart House Restaurant as a food prep worker, later he became a Chef. As he continued his career endeavor it was there that he meet Beverly Floyd and they developed a friendship. However, after many years of friendship, later in life with his big smile and charismatic personality, he won her heart. Most notably Dannie worked for Baltimore City Department of Public Works for about 5 years. During his recent years he had an extensive career with the United States Postal Service where he worked for a total of 18 years. After enduring a lengthy illness, he gracefully gained his wings surrounded by loved ones in June 19, 2023. Dannie had numerous friends and family that loved him tremendously, especially his crew, Soldier, Twirl, Trigger, and Reggie. On most days you could catch Dannie at Club International cooking on the grill or eating some crabs, or sitting in the yard on Calverton Rd. AKA. "The Strip". Danny was affectionately known by his grandchildren as pop-pop and his kids as pop. Jokingly called "funk master flex" as he had many records and loved his turntables. He spent his spare time working tirelessly on his house . Also, when he wasn't at Calverton Rd. or Club International you would find him hitting the slots down at the Horseshoe Casino Live or MD Casino Live spending money. He leaves to mourn his loving wife - Beverly Fulmore, Father- Samuel McCrea, Siblings- Barbara Page, Tameka McCrea, Eric McCrea, Derrick McCrea, James Page (who preceded him in death), 4 children- Tyneesha Fulmore, Damien Fulmore, Dannie Travon Fulmore, and Kyion Johnson, 2 stepchildren- Tyeisha Powell-Gaymen and Michael Powell Jr., 6 grandchildren,- Camryn, Damien Jr., Alina, Quantay Jr.,Daveon, Tyeon, 1 great grand- Kamari, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
