Annette T. Ward

ANNETTE TRACY WARD was born on October 12,1969 in Baltimore, MD to Lawrence and Brenda Baker , who raised her with love, strength and unwavering support. From a young age she displayed a vibrant spirit, a kind heart and a natural ability to bring joy to those around her. Whether it was her infectious laughter, her caring nature or her power to turn any moment into a cherished memory, she was a gift to all who had the privilege of knowing her. ANNETTE attended Frederick Douglass High School and later obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work (BSSW) from the University of Phoenix. As a hardworking and ambitious individual, she pursued a career in early childhood development. She was employed at Our Lady of Mount Providence Convent and Baltimore City Public Schools, where her dedication left a lasting impact on colleagues and students alike. She also loved working with cousin Khadijah at the Patapsco Flea market. Beyond her professional achievements, ANNETTE was a woman of many passions. She found joy in decorating,crafting, hosting and just being Ma Ma. Annette was always eager to help and when in need she was always doing a kind deed. A woman of God with integrity too, there was nothing that she wouldn’t do. More than anything, ANNETTE was devoted to her family and friends. She cherished her relationships and was a source of strength, laughter, and unwavering support to those who needed her. Her love for her family knew no bounds and she took great pride in being a loyal wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt , cousin and friend. ANNETTE is survived by her father; Lawrence Baker, Husband; Roger Ward, Children; James Brittany, Tara and Travis, Son in-law;Joshua Hunt, Grandchildren; Chase, Khloe, Caliee, Cameron and Jade, Siblings; Theresa, Rochelle and Erica, Sister in-law; Teresa, Brother in-law; Marvin, and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. ANNETTE T. WARD was preceded in death by her grandmother; Rosie L. Haskins, Mother; Brenda C. Baker, Step-Mother; Beverly Scott-Baker, Sister; Regina C. Baker and Nephew; Devin Thompson Jr.
