Andre Simmons

Andre Simmons Jr., son of Andre Sr. and Denise Simmons, crossed over to a better life on Wednesday April 2, 2008, only to be with Jesus on the right hand of GOD.Andre was born in Baltimore, Maryland at John Hopkins Hospital on February 3, 1998. He attended Halstead Academy of Arts and Science. He was on the honor roll for four years. He will be missed by his classmates and the entire Halstead Staff.Andre was known to immediate family as “Little Andre.” He loved sports and was a member of the Loch Raven Baseball and Basketball Team. He also loved to dance and make people laugh with his humor and jokes. Andre loved the Lord and was a member of Abundant Life International Ministry since 1999. He accepted Christ into his life in December of 2007. Andre will be missed by all of his family and friends.One grandmother, Sylvia Parran, preceded Andre in death.
