Mary Biggins Lawrence

II Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought the good fight. I have completed the race. I have kept the faith. The victor’s crown of righteousness is now waiting for me, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on the day that he comes, and not only to me but also to all who eagerly wait for his appearing. Mary Biggins Lawrence, daughter of the late Ethel Gradam, was born February 27, 1918, in the state of Alabama. Mary came to Baltimore in the 40’s. During her time in Baltimore, she was the housekeeper and nanny for the Samuel Stofberg family, a prominent Baltimore family. In 1990 she met her late husband, Thomas Lawrence. They were married in August of 1991. Mary loved to travel and fish. She is survived by 1st Cousin Ebbie Harrell, 2nd cousin Sundra Smith of Alabama, Goddaughter Susan Melvin, three step-stepchildren, Corrine Bowling, Ruby Fuseymore and James Byrd. Ten grandchildren, Brian Byrd, Michell, Michael, William III, Robert and Durine Bowling. Marlon Waddell, Leslie and Curtis Coleman, Leroy McNeil. Numerous great-grandchildren, two nieces, Sallie Lawrence and Patricia Carter. Three nephews, Freddie 3rd, Lukata and Mallie Lawrence. A host of grand-nieces and nephews as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Mary is also survived and loved by those she referred to as her other family Dennis, Janey, Hilary, and Pam Pushkin along with their children Spencer, Kayla, Charlie, and Addison. 23rd Psalm (Explained) The Lord is my Shepherd……. I will fear no evil……. That’s Protection! For Thou art with me……. That’s Faithfulness! Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me……. That’s Discipline! Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies……. That’s Hope! Thou anointest my head with oil……. That’s Consecration! My cup runneth over……. That’s Abundance! Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life……. That’s Blessing! And I will dwell in the house of the Lord……. That’s Security! Forever!....... That’s Eternity!
